Impressively, all newly recruited teachers posting and transfers will be to schools and areas with higher teacher shortages.
1.Teachers in overstaffed schools and regions
It goes without saying that all those teachers employed in overstaffed schools are expected to be balanced to ensure those schools with deficits receive those extra teachers. Therefore these teachers should brace themselves for the forthcoming transfers.
2.Teachers who have overstayed in a station
Report alleges that those categories of tutors who have overstayed in a station are expected to receive transfers. According to the TSC overstaying means, working in a station for more than five years.
