A big number of teachers have found it hard to update their profile on the tpad as directed by their employer, Teachers Service commission.
Given below are steps on how you can recover your email.
NOTE;
Your personal TSC Email normally takes : your first name,followed by your surname ,and lastly two digits of your tsc number @tsc.go.ke
Follow these steps to confirm your TSC Email .
✓Then click on sign in.
✓Key in your tsc email address following the procedure earlier given.
✓Just Incase it is showing incorrect username, worry not .
✓You can now try to start with the middle (father’s name) followed by Surname, last two digits of your tsc number @mwalimu.tsc.go.ke
✓After it accepts,then reset your password
✓Finally save your password
✓Now to play store on your phone
✓Then Install outlook email apps and sign in your tsc email and click save.
✓Ensure you Keep your email username and password in your diary book.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE ON T-PAY UPDAT
N/B you can’t access Tpay services including applying and approving loans, extracting P9 for purposes of filing returns until you update your Tpay details online.

IF your name is Peter Kaunda and your tsc number is 123136 then your Tsc Email will be peterkaunda36@mwalimu.tsc.go.ke
