The government of Kenya is set to have two form one classes next year, 2023. This is because of the new curriculum of education that the government is implementing.
Therefore, in 2023 the current grade five students will get enrolled in junior Secondary Schools.
On the same, the current class eight students will join form one next year. This will make secondary schools to have high population.
The Teachers Service Commission is preparing Teachers to catch up with the new system of education.
That is why, it has planned for Teachers to get enrollment in Competency Based Curriculum trainings.
The current news that have been reported through the Star Newspaper Teachers are expected to attend CBC trainings as from next month.
This is good news to parents and students. Teachers are now going to be trained on the new education system.
They will get equipped with skills that will enable them teach well and produce good results.
